VP, Global Channel and Alliances
The Global VP is responsible for designing, building, and scaling Industrial Defenders worldwide indirect go-to-market motion across resellers, system integrators (SIs), distributors, consultants, and technology partners. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership role focused on generating qualified pipeline and revenue through the partner ecosystem, increasing the productivity of existing partners, and recruiting strategic new partners that extend our reach into industrial, ICS, and OT cybersecurity markets globally. The VP will work in close coordination with the global Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partners are enabled, aligned, and accountable to mutual growth targets.

Scope
The VP owns Industrial Defenders indirect go-to-market motion worldwide. You will be responsible for the global partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings numbers, reporting to Sales Leadership. You will operate with significant autonomy, building a structured partner program from a combination of existing relationships and new strategic recruitment, and exercising judgment to balance short-term pipeline generation with long-term ecosystem development. The role requires sophisticated cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, and frequent engagement with partner executives, customer stakeholders, and internal leadership. You will take personal responsibility along with being an individual contributor for partner outcomes and revenue contribution while advancing Industrial Defenders broader strategic objectives in the ICS/OT cybersecurity market.
