SUMMARY OF JOB:The Vice President, Finance reports directly to the Redeemer Health System Chief Financial Officer and secondarily to the Executive Vice President, Home Care & Hospice. The role of financial reporting requires the full oversight of the financial management of the business including expense management, revenue cycle management, general ledger, preparation of financial statements of the various entities, and budgeting. The role requires design, implementation, maintenance and reporting of processes to achieve the strategic financial plan of the Redeemer Health Home Care Division and assist other divisions as needed.
Specific areas of responsibility will include forecasting, capital planning, and financial targets for operations. The role regularly interacts with a variety of positions throughout the health system including the Home Care Board presenting financial results of the home care and hospice operations.
Lead the Home Care Revenue Cycle team and collaborate with the Accounting and Operations teams who have the responsibility of preparing the Home Care and Hospice monthly financial statements and assist with the annual budget, forecast models and variance reporting.
