Description

• Lead regional construction operations with accountability for performance, profitability, and growth.
• Drive business development efforts and expand market presence across targeted sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee preconstruction, project execution, and operational delivery to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational initiatives.
• Mentor, develop, and lead high-performing project and operational teams.
• Ensure strong standards across safety, quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Support contract negotiations and overall operational strategy.
