Your Team's Impact
Join our high-impact teams as Director of Implementation & Support, where you will drive the strategic execution and delivery of onboarding initiatives for our institutional buy-side & Wealth Management clients globally. As a senior leader, you'll oversee implementation as well as day-to-day support teams responsible for deploying FactSet's LiquidityBook Order Management System (OMS) while interfacing with top-tier clients and external partners to innovate and optimize operational and technical onboarding processes. You will help set visionary standards for service excellence, shaping the future of trade execution across the organization. This role offers the ideal balance of collaborative partnership and autonomy enabling you to build relationships, drive results, and advance FactSet's reputation as a best-in-class solutions provider.
You will be responsible for maximizing client value through seamless global deployment of FactSet's LiquidityBook OMS solutions with direct oversight of projects impacting significant ASV. Your strategic vision and OMS onboarding experience will directly advance FactSet's business objectives and drive client success across the buy-side and wealth management.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop geographically distributed implementation and support teams with deep OMS expertise; cultivate high-performing professionals with advanced technical and client-facing skills across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation in OMS onboarding practices.
Serve as executive sponsor for major projects guiding project lifecycle from discovery through deployment, with deep involvement in requirements gathering, kick-off, and milestone reviews.
Oversee complex onboarding initiatives for client asset management and hedge fund teams across global markets, ensuring meticulous configuration, integration, and process alignment with clients' investment workflows and objectives.
Establish and enforce globally consistent implementation standards, frameworks, and methodologies for OMS deployments across all regions.
Drive revenue generation and cost optimization through strategic allocation of global resources with a focus on OMS and related software delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and external partners across global markets, addressing complex needs, resolving challenges, and ensuring FactSet's OMS solutions deliver tangible results.
Proactively anticipate client requirements for OMS integration and tailor delivery strategies to maximize efficiency, data integrity, and business impact.
Stay abreast of industry advances in OMS EMS, PMS, portfolio analytics, and investment technology globally, applying insights to optimize client engagement and solution implementation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and other leaders globally to continuously enhance OMS solutions based on client feedback and industry trends.
Align global implementation strategy for LiquidityBook OMS offerings with FactSet's broader business goals, ensuring regional teams operate cohesively toward unified objectives.
Partner with product leadership to provide on-the-ground client insights that inform the OMS product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree
At least 13 years of progressive experience in financial services, trading environments or fintech, including a proven track record in OMS onboarding and technology implementation.
Demonstrated leadership experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple regions, with the ability to drive alignment and performance at a global scale.
Deep expertise in LiquidityBook OMS or comparable OMS platforms—including workflow configuration, order routing, and client-driven process enhancements within buyside environments.
Advanced understanding of industry trends in investment technology, order management, trade execution, and data integration.
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive level communication skills
Broad knowledge of business operations, technical product portfolios, and cross-functional organizational strategy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing competing priorities and strict deadlines across global teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet,)
Desired Skills
Experience with Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) such as Advent Geneva, BlackRock Aladdin, or similar platforms
Exposure to EMS platforms and an understanding of how OMS and EMS systems interact within a trading technology stack
