Director / VP, Client Services, Life Sciences Staffing 

Remote role. Must sit on the West Coast.

Our client is seeking two  high-impact sales leaders to drive growth across the San Francisco Bay Area and on  the West Coast, partnering with emerging and established biotech, pharma, and medical device companies. This is a true hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

You'll own territory strategy, generate new business, and build a book of business from the ground up while serving as a trusted advisor to life sciences organizations navigating complex clinical development and commercialization challenges.

What You'll Do
  • Drive new business development and revenue growth across the Bay Area territory.
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior leaders across biotech, pharma, and medical device organizations.
  • Create and execute account plans that accelerate growth within both emerging and established companies.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and life sciences forums.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client priorities to uncover new opportunities.


What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of successful life sciences services sales experience.
  • Proven track record of building a territory and winning new business from scratch.
  • Strong network and experience working with biotech, pharma, and/or medical device companies.
  • Background in CRO, consulting, clinical development services, or related life sciences solutions preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for exceeding goals.
