Join us!Responsibilities:Manage the drafting and negotiating of agreements for LatAM clients across various different client segments including Hedge Funds and Corporations with a primary focus on ISDA/CSAs and local law OTC derivatives documentation.The negotiator will work closely with Sales and other internal partners to maximize the efficiency of the client integration process.Identify and manage credit, legal, tax and policy issues by coordinating communications among credit officers, collateral management, the tax department, counsel (in-house and outside) and client representatives.Liaising with internal partners and marketers/traders to accurately reflect the necessary credit and business terms of the relationship whilst conforming to bank guidelines and policies.Updating of Bank systems including the documentation system of record.Involvement in special projects as and when required.Core skills and requirements:Fluent in Portuguese and strong Spanish speaking/writing skillsBachelor's Degree (Law Degree strongly preferred)3 to 10 years of experienceExcellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.Be able to work both independently and as an integral part of the team.Highly self-motivated and ability to prioritize issues and drive matters to execution.Ability to exercise judgment within defined parameters.Familiarity with standard OTC Derivatives practices for LatAM and Corporate clientsShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
