Overview:

This Vice President opportunity sits at the intersection of Credit Risk, Risk Analytics, and Technology within a leading global financial institution, owning the product strategy and end-to-end delivery of next-generation credit risk management platforms and AI-driven capabilities. The role is a genuine build mandate defining the product vision, driving the roadmap, and embedding automation and artificial intelligence into core credit risk processes including exposure measurement, limit monitoring, stress testing, and portfolio analytics. It's an ideal fit for a product-minded risk professional who combines strong credit risk fluency with hands-on experience delivering data platforms and AI-enabled tools in a regulated financial services environment.




Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit risk platforms and AI capabilities across the firm
  • Lead end-to-end development of risk management tools and AI-enabled solutions from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement
  • Drive development of tools supporting core credit risk functions including exposure measurement (PFE, EAD), limit monitoring, stress testing, and portfolio analytics
  • Partner with Risk, Risk Analytics, and Technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities for tooling, automation, and AI integration
  • Establish scalable, user-friendly dashboards and data visualization solutions (e.G. Power BI) to support risk monitoring and decision-making
  • Embed AI into credit risk processes including data aggregation, anomaly detection, and reporting insights;apply LLM-driven use cases where applicable
  • Lead backlog prioritization and Agile delivery processes, balancing business value, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints
  • Drive user adoption through training, change management, and proactive stakeholder engagement across risk and technology teams
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, data, and risk systems and apply them to continuously improve platform capabilities
  • Communicate complex risk and technology concepts clearly to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
