Executes and provides oversight of the Bank's CRA and Fair Lending Policies and Programs.
Tracks and analyzes activities, assesses performance and prepares reports for management, the Board of Directors, auditors and examiners.
Serves as a liaison and maintains relationships with community representatives.
Conducts training to the Board and employees related to CRA and Fair Lending.
