Lead the future of enterprise technology and business transformation.
Reporting to the EVP, Global CIO, this executive leadership role will drive the strategy, modernization, governance, and operational excellence of the company's enterprise platforms, including ERP, HCM, EPM, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Shared Services technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise platform strategy, delivery, and transformation initiatives
Oversee IT governance, technology investments, vendor management, and procurement
Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, Security, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture leaders
Drive operational excellence, portfolio management, executive reporting, and business alignment
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO, helping execute the Global IT strategy and transformation agenda

Enterprise Platform Delivery & Lifecycle Management
• Oversee the implementation, enhancement, operation, and support of enterprise applications and platforms.
• Ensure enterprise platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and optimized for performance and user experience.
• Manage application lifecycle activities including upgrades, enhancements, release management, and end-of-life planning.
• Drive standardization and simplification of enterprise platforms to reduce complexity and total cost of ownership.
• Establish service delivery metrics and continuously improve platform performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and resiliency requirements for enterprise systems.
Executive Strategy & Operational Leadership
• Partner with the EVP, Global CIO to develop and execute the Global IT strategy and annual operating plan.
• Support executive governance forums, leadership meetings, and technology investment reviews.
• Monitor strategic priorities, organizational performance, and key initiatives, ensuring accountability and execution.
• Lead special initiatives on behalf of the CIO, including organizational effectiveness, operational improvements, and strategic planning.
• Foster collaboration across IT leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and consistent execution.
• Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary technology partner for Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, and other corporate functions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and transformation teams to enable strategic initiatives through technology capabilities
• Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions and roadmaps.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Data Integrity, Integration & Reporting
• Ensure seamless interoperability across enterprise platforms and third-party solutions.
• Partner with Data/Analytics teams to support enterprise reporting and insights capabilities.
• Support master data management and enterprise reporting initiatives.
• AI Enablement & Intelligent Automation
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities within enterprise platforms to improve employee productivity and business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, digital assistants, and AI-driven insights.
• Partner with Enterprise Data, Architecture, and Security teams to support AI adoption aligned with enterprise strategy
IT Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Establish and mature IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and decision rights aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead portfolio governance processes to ensure technology investments are prioritized, governed, and aligned with business strategy.
• Coordinate IT risk management activities in partnership with Security, Risk, and Internal Audit.
• Develop and report KPIs, maturity metrics, and governance dashboards for executive leadership.
• Oversee audit remediation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Facilitate governance forums and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and technology standards.
Technology Procurement & Vendor Management
• Lead technology procurement and sourcing activities in partnership with Procurement and business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with key enterprise software vendors and system integrators and service providers
• Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance to ensure value realization and service quality
• Evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance enterprise system capabilities
• Leadership & Team Development
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT leaders, architects, and functional experts
• Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation
