Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement M&A strategies, including target identification and transaction execution (buy/sell, JV, minority).
  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Assess strategic fit and synergy to align with enterprise priorities.
  • Communicate and provide decision support at the executive and Board level.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in diligence, integration, and separation processes.
  • Oversee post-merger value capture, integration governance, and performance tracking.
  • Manage external relationships with bankers, investors, legal teams, and private equity firms.
Requirements
  • 15 years of relevant experience in corporate development or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Preferences
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution within a corporate setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
