Position Overview
The Vice President of Category Management - Agronomics is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and commercial performance of SiteOne's Maintenance portfolio, including Fertilizer, Seed, Equipment, Ice Melt, and Pest Control. As the category business leader, this role develops and executes category strategies, sales plans, supplier partnerships, pricing initiatives, and product portfolio decisions that drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and customer value.
This is a unique opportunity to lead one of the largest agronomic category portfolios in the green industry while helping shape the future of SiteOne, the nation's largest and only national wholesale distributor of landscape supplies. The VP will have the ability to influence industry trends, strengthen strategic supplier partnerships, expand market-leading product offerings, and accelerate the growth of the iconic LESCO brand across North America and Canada.
Working closely with field leaders, supplier partners, and cross-functional teams, this leader will identify new growth opportunities, bring innovative solutions to market, and help position SiteOne as the partner of choice for landscape professionals.
