Currently, we have a Vice President, Business Development Officer of Treasury Management opportunity with our client-Bank, a community-focused financial institution providing personalized banking, commercial lending, and treasury management solutions to businesses and consumers throughout California.
The
Vice President Business Development Officer of Treasury Management is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:- Generating and supporting high-quality leads by engaging prospective clients in meaningful dialogue about their banking deposit needs and identifying opportunities to create mutually beneficial, long-lasting relationships, with a focus on businesses generating between $10MM and $100MM in annual revenue.
- Providing support to the Southern California markets, including San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles.
- Working closely with and receiving direct support from the SVP, Head of Branch Banking.
- Leveraging the Treasury Management team’s extensive industry knowledge, local expertise, and competitive capabilities to serve clients effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) or more years of related work experience.
- Extensive B2B sales experience with small- to medium-sized businesses.
- Strong working knowledge of Cash Management products and services.
- Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay Rate Range: $100,000K - $140.000K annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
