A venture-backed medical device company developing next-generation surgical technology is seeking a VP of Manufacturing to build and scale its manufacturing organization as the company transitions from product development to commercialization.This executive will lead the development of in-house manufacturing capabilities, establish scalable production systems, and build the operational infrastructure required to support rapid growth.
