What You ll Be Doing
Manage structured cabling and fiber optic projects from kickoff through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams including Helpers, Level I III Technicians, Lead Technicians, and Foremen
Ensure all installations meet EIA/TIA standards and industry best practices
Monitor job progress, resolve challenges, and maintain strong client communication
Mentor and develop field personnel, helping guide career progression across all levels
What We re Looking For
4+ years of project management experience in low-voltage or structured cabling environments
Strong knowledge of fiber optics, copper systems, and MDF/IDF buildouts
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Proven leadership and communication skills with a solutions-driven mindset
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
