The Department of Developmental Services is looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational Vocational Instructor C (Voc C) to provide consultation and guidance to the Vocational Instructors A/B. The Voc C will assist with practices and procedures that will maximize the potential of the individuals they support. The ideal candidate encourages and implements department directives, displays a positive attitude, and motivates others to work as a team. Ensures that operations at the program are followed and that adherence to scheduled activities and rules of the workplace are

Salary placement is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate's years of directly related experience and education, and alignment with our internal compensation structure as set forth by the Human Resources Division's Hiring Guidelines. For all bargaining unit positions (non-management), compensation is subject to the salary provisions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement and will apply to placement within the appropriate salary range.
