  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, internal customers, and external partners
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership across product, technology, and business teams

Selling Points for Candidates

  • Opportunity to lead programs supporting a modern insurance technology platform
  • High‑visibility role with influence across product, engineering, and vendor partners
  • Blend of strategic portfolio leadership and hands‑on program execution
  • Opportunity to help shape governance and delivery practices as the organization scales
  • Fast‑paced environment for a leader who enjoys building structure without bureaucracy

Success Measures

First 90 Days

  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform, value streams, and integration landscape
  • Build credibility and strong working relationships with delivery teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Assess gaps in documentation, tooling, and delivery processes
