Layton Construction Company seeks Visualization Coordinator in Sandy, UT to champion "The Layton Way" by delivering consistent, high-quality architectural visualizations that support design communication and client understanding. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to develop 3D models of buildings, interior spaces, and site contexts with architectural accuracy. Produce renderings and animations that highlight spatial qualities, materiality, lighting, and design intent for various project phases---from conceptual design to final presentation. Support business development by crafting visuals that enhance proposals, interviews, and marketing efforts. Bridge the gap between architecture and construction through visuals that clearly convey design intent to non-technical stakeholders. Promote the use of visualization across estimating, scheduling, planning, and client communication. Provide informal training and support to other staff to increase visualization literacy across project teams. Continuously explore new tools and workflows that advance architectural storytelling and presentation quality. Maintain and update visualization software and hardware to meet evolving architectural and rendering demands.
  
Bachelor's degreein Architecture, Construction Management or related field of study (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 4 years (48 months) experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, Architectural Design or related occupation.
 
Salary: $102,895.00 to $112,895.00 per year
 
Specific skills/other requirements -- Autodesk Design Suite (3ds Max, Revit), Adobe Creative Suite, Rendering Engines such as V-Ray, and Lumion. Reading & understanding construction drawings, schedules, and methodology. Creating high-end architectural renderings & animations.
