What You'll Do:Craft Exceptional Visual Designs: • Design high-impact visuals for
web platforms, mobile applications, dashboards, and
executive presentations.
• Create pixel-perfect UI components, data visualizations, and infographics tailored to banking products like payments, credit cards, deposits, and financial dashboards.
• Deliver designs that balance creativity with usability and accessibility.
Outperform and Innovate: • Push the boundaries of design innovation to deliver solutions that stand out.
• Elevate the team's creative output by contributing unique ideas and setting benchmarks for design quality.
• Stay ahead of trends in visual design, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.
Develop Dashboards and Presentations: • Create visually compelling dashboards to represent complex financial data in an intuitive and engaging manner.
• Design impactful decks for
board meetings, executive reviews, and client-facing presentations, aligning with the bank's branding and objectives.
Collaboration Across Teams: • Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and data teams to align visual designs with strategic goals.
• Partner with marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Maintain and Enhance Design Systems: • Contribute to the development and evolution of the bank's design system to ensure scalability and consistency across platforms.
• Ensure all visual assets comply with
ADA accessibility standards and industry regulations.
Prototype and Iterate: • Create high-fidelity visual prototypes to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback and usability insights into iterative design improvements.
Who You Are:Experience: • 12+ years in visual design, with a strong focus on
web, mobile apps, dashboards, and
presentations.
• Significant experience in the
banking, financial services, or fintech industries is preferred.
Skills That Set You Apart: • Mastery of design tools like
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD),
Figma,
Sketch, and presentation tools such as
PowerPoint and
Google Slides.
• Expertise in designing
dashboards, data visualizations, and crafting visually engaging financial graphics.
• Advanced understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design.
• Experience in ADA compliance and accessible design for digital platforms.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Education: • Bachelor's degree in visual design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
