Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Superintendent or designee, the Virtual Program Manager provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the Gorman Virtual Academy and Career Technical Education (CTE) programs for Gorman Learning Charter Network. This position supervises and evaluates staff, oversees virtual instruction and student support for elementary and secondary students, and ensures high-quality educational programming aligned with the Network s Personalized Learning model. The Virtual Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of virtual learning and CTE programs, ensuring adherence to applicable federal, state, local, and grant requirements. Requirements / Qualifications

  • Possess a current, clear Multiple or Single Subject California Teaching credential, as required by the State of California requirements. • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, master's degree preferred. • Five (5) years teaching experience. • Experience teaching in an independent study and/or charter school setting is preferred. • First Aid and CPR certificate. • Valid California Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability. • Letter of Introduction (1) • Resume (1) • Letters of Recommendation (3) (letters must be dated within the last two years) Please note: All required documents must be submitted at the time of application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted or reviewed.
