Pay Rate: $24 to $29 per Hour
Shift Hours: 11PM - 7AM

Summary:

  • Responsible for supporting virtual patient care activities and promoting patient-focused care within the company
  • Perform various remote monitoring duties including patient safety and clinical needs monitoring
  • Collaborate on implementing telehealth and remote patient monitoring programs
  • Clear communication and collaboration with clinical team, patients, and technology partners

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assurance and peer reviews, evaluate telehealth programs, and recommend improvements
  • Meet with senior leadership regularly to discuss program quality metrics and workflow expansion
  • Lead case reviews with hospital partners and implement solutions
  • Triages and assigns cases for virtual monitoring/observation
  • Collaborate on telehealth policy and workflow development and implementation
  • Maintain operational database including program performance and quality metrics
  • Identify concerning trends and participate in corrective action plans
  • Provide training on telehealth and remote monitoring workflows to new staff
  • Serve as a liaison between physicians, clinical staff, and technology partners
  • Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients
  • Document patient behavior and interventions, and escalate to clinical team as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of direct patient care experience
  • Experience creating policies impacting telehealth
  • Experience with quality, outcomes, and data collection
  • Proven ability to analyze policies impacting telehealth
  • Experience with telehealth or remote monitoring technology
  • Experience with electronic medical records

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience developing strategies for telehealth program development
  • Ability to identify elements of a successful telehealth encounter
  • Consideration of language, culture, and disability in using telehealth technologies
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients and clinical teams
