Position Summary:
Enthusiastically answering all calls made to property and communicating with guests and departments to best answer the questions and concerns of callers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes superior guest service.
Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
Communicates effectively and efficiently with callers and other departments within the company.
Answers questions regarding the property, departments, promotions, events, etc.
Actively promotes the property and events to encourage guests to initiate or continue visitation.
Resolves caller issues/concerns and works directly with Player Development Supervisor to receive guidance when necessary.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
One year of Call Center, Marketing, Special Event, Hotel Operations, Box Office Operations or related guest service experience.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
Intermediate typing skills.
Strong communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

This role offers a starting wage of $17.65 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
