Applicants must have:

• reliable transportation
• ability to work some weekdays and weekends.  Sunday is a must
• 2 to 3 years in high volume settings
• committed and ongoing knowledge of current food and beverage trends
• stable work history with excellent references
• ability to demonstrate sales and service etiquette
