The Robinson Allstate Agency is hiring a Bilingual Insurance Producer (Vietnamese/English) to sell Home and Auto Insurance in Arlington, TX. This is an in-office Property & Casualty sales position ideal for a Vietnamese-speaking Insurance Agent or licensed Sales Representative looking to build a strong book of business.
As a Bilingual Insurance Producer, you will quote, sell, and bind Auto, Home, and Personal Lines insurance while serving both Vietnamese - and English-speaking clients. This role requires daily outbound sales activity, pipeline management, and strong follow-up not waiting on inbound calls.

Salary Range: $87500.00 - $107500.00 per year

Quote, sell, and bind Allstate Auto, Home, and Personal Lines with a focus on the Vietnamese market
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through daily outbound activity and follow-up
Educate clients on coverage options and protection gaps using a consultative sales approach
Generate referrals within the community to grow your book of business
Meet and exceed daily and monthly production goals while accurately maintaining CRM activity
Fluent in English & Vietnamese with knowledge and connections in the Vietnamese community
