The Fuel business unit in is looking to fill an additional Junior Industrial Buyer, VIE position to reinforce the current US purchasing team (5 buyers and 1 VIE). The VIE, will support the team on day-to-day operations and manage projects autonomously. He/She will be responsible of fulfilling the following tasks:
• In accordance with Framatome's Key Purchasing Principles • Support and manage requests for quotation, negotiate, prepare contracts, and place purchase orders. • Develop project purchasing strategies and reporting. • Perform an analysis of the demand, existing and qualified source of supply already in place with the various internal prescribers. • Develop and maintain internal tools (Purchasing SharePoint, templates…). • Report progress on a weekly basis
