Job Title – Video Warehouse Associate
Reports to – Video Department Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Video Warehouse Associate supports the preparation, organization, and maintenance of video equipment for live events and installations. This role is critical in ensuring equipment is accurate, functional, and ready for deployment.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Pull, prep, and scan video equipment for upcoming jobs
· Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
· Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
· Inspect, test, and process returned equipment
· Support technicians with gear prep and staging
PERFORMANCE GOALS
· Maintain high accuracy in order pulling and inventory tracking
· Ensure equipment readiness and reduce job-site issues
· Support efficient warehouse operations and turnaround times

Required Qualifications & Skills
· 1+ years of experience in AV, live video production, or inventory coordination
· Basic working knowledge of LED video systems, switchers, converters, and monitors
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
· Familiarity with inventory or asset management software
· Ability to lift 50lbs
· Physical work including standing, lifting, and moving equipment
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, High-pressure, deadline-driven environment
· Willingness to work on events during any periods as necessary to ensure successful results, training of personnel, and support of client relationships.
· Strong documentation and reporting skills
