The coordinator guides livestream broadcasts on multiple venues and supports AV needs for events and resident programs, ensuring functionality for a wide range of initiatives. Collaboration with team members, residents, and external stakeholders is essential, along with providing excellent customer service and strategic input on AV projects.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred college experience. Training in video production, editing software, multimedia production, and communication is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in AV management or event technology, proficiency with AV equipment, and strong organizational and communication skills. The role demands independent work, creativity, and technical proficiency.
