POSITION TITLE: Victim Witness Coordinator/Support Staff

LOCATION: 314 W 7th, Ste 206, Okmulgee, OK 74447

STATUS: Full Time

CLOSING: Open Until Filled

SALARY: Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY: The Victim Witness Coordinator provides comprehensive support and advocacy services to victims of crime and witnesses throughout the criminal justice process. This position serves as a liaison between victims, witnesses, law enforcement, prosecutors, courts and community service agencies to ensure individuals receive assistance, information and resources while navigating the legal system.

Support Staff: This position would consist of answering the phone, assisting at the counter and processing payments for DA Supervision, Restitution and Bogus Checks. Employees would need to have good communication skills and would require the handling of highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS: Prior work history and education considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams is required.
