The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key activities, including the oversight of monthly and daily NAV and portfolio reconciliation, preparation and review of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and IRR calculations. The role also involves monitoring expenses, preparing budgets, and handling financial statements and regulatory reporting. The Senior Fund Accountant will be expected to prepare fund forecasts, performance estimates, and manage ad-hoc projects, as well as review fund legal documents and assist with new fund launches.
