Key Responsibilities:
Build adaptive sports programming from ground-up
Develop relationships and partnerships in the community to increase exposure of the brand and the facility and what it offers
Responsible for public speaking internally and externally with the goal of increasing membership and awareness of programs and the facilities in an inclusive and accessible environment
Qualifications:
7+ years in Executive-level leadership with experience in Disability Services or Healthcare and Fitness facilities
Proven success leading productive teams
Hands-on leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution
Creative, out of the box thinker always looking for ways to improve revenue, service, and programming
Civic-heart, community driven with a passion for advocacy
