Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented sales leader to drive revenue growth, build a high-performing commercial team, and scale a disciplined, repeatable sales engine. This role is accountable for pipeline generation, deal conversion, and strategic account expansion across complex, technical industries, including construction, healthcare, energy, and higher education in support of our Project Advisory practice.
The ideal sales leader should have credible relationships in the owner and developer markets, experience selling consultative real estate, construction, and environmental services, and a strong cross-sell mindset. The person should be able to penetrate multiple buying centers within institutional owner and developer organizations and work in coordination with existing seller-doers and account management.
Partnering closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Project Advisory senior leadership, this individual will lead the shift toward proactive, value-based selling-ensuring our most strategic services are effectively positioned, sold, and delivered to drive measurable business impact.
