Overview
The Vice President of Sales-Diabetes will lead and drive the strategic direction, development and execution of the sales strategy across the diabetes business. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, building the market, expanding market share, developing key partnerships and ensuring sustainable growth in the diabetes space. The incumbent will lead a national field sales team that includes Area Vice Presidents, Regional Business Directors, and sales professionals, as well as the Inside Sales team. This is a highly collaborative position working closely with multiple functions including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep biopharmaceutical experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in building markets, changing behaviors and developing successful sales teams. The VP will play a critical role in aligning sales execution with brand vision to improve patient outcomes and achieve organizational objectives.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $300,000 to $400,000. Final determination of base salary offered will depend on several factors relevant to the position, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, education, market location, and business need. This role will include eligibility for bonus and equity. The total compensation package will also include additional elements such as multiple paid time off benefits, various health insurance options, retirement benefits and more. Details about these and other offerings will be provided at the time a conditional offer of employment is made.
