About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product to spearhead its product strategy and execution during a significant growth phase. The successful candidate will be a seasoned product leader, capable of both strategic vision and hands-on execution, particularly in the context of a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for the VP of Product include defining and executing a comprehensive product strategy, owning the product roadmap, driving product-market fit initiatives, and establishing product metrics that align with business objectives. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, AI/ML, sales, and customer success, to ensure the product meets the needs of both commercial and government sectors.Applicants for the VP of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior product leadership roles. Deep experience in enterprise SaaS, particularly with a focus on geo-spatial, intelligence, or data analytics platforms, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dual-use, DefenseTech, GovTech, or similar sectors, and experience in scaling products from early growth stage to enterprise maturity. Technical skills should include experience with modern data platforms, real-time analytics, big data processing, and knowledge of natural language processing and automated data extraction technologies. A background in intelligence, defense, or national security sectors, as well as experience with government contracting and international expansion, is highly desirable. The role also requires strong leadership skills, the ability to operate effectively with limited resources, and a cultural fit for a mission-driven organization.
