- Ensures efficient execution of title searches, examinations, clearances, and closings, maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Monitors KPIs, financial results, and industry trends to drive profitability and operational improvements.
- Manages workflow, allocates resources, and reviews transactions to meet service level agreements.
- Oversees training, maintains licensing, and implements policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Acts as liaison between management, clients, lenders, and underwriters, addressing escalations and customer satisfaction.
- Requires 10+ years in title insurance operations, including 4+ years in leadership, with the ability to obtain multi-state licenses.
