The VP of Sales collaborates with internal teams on new product opportunities and builds strong sales teams through recruiting, mentoring, and development. The position may also handle high-value sales and oversees departmental goals and policies aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

A VP of Sales at TRUNO will:

• Manage all sales team members and processes
• Set sales goals and quotas
• Create the sales department budget

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales (required)
• Previous leadership experience
