About the Role

SOL Mental Health is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize the full revenue cycle across our growing organization.

This leader will oversee both internal RCM operations and external vendor partnerships, driving performance across billing, denials, credentialing, collections, revenue integrity, and operational scalability.

You’ll partner closely with executive leadership to improve cash collections, strengthen workflows, and build scalable infrastructure that supports rapid growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end revenue cycle strategy and operations
  • Manage and optimize external RCM vendors and internal teams
  • Improve billing, denial management, AR performance, and collections
  • Build KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure
  • Drive automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical teams
  • Scale systems and processes to support company growth
