About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the transformation of the post-purchase commerce space, with a focus on redefining the customer experience after the buy button. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product roadmap and outcomes across post-purchase, platform, and omnichannel, and will play a pivotal role in guiding the evolution of the product suite into an intelligent, all-in-one platform. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in building and scaling SaaS products, deep expertise in post-purchase eCommerce or closely related fields, and a strong background in AI product development. The VP of Product will lead a large, distributed team of product managers, partner with the Chief Product Officer on long-range strategy, and ensure that every product decision is rooted in real customer understanding and has a significant market impact.Candidates for the VP of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in leading product teams, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and a demonstrated ability to drive product vision and outcomes. The role requires a leader with genuine people management skills, a high ownership mentality, and a passion for fostering a product culture that values both discovery and delivery. While not mandatory, proficiency in Mandarin and experience in pre-purchase, marketplace, omnichannel, or supply chain technology are preferred.
