Job Purpose:
The Vice President of Philanthropy serves as a senior member of the organization's executive leadership team and provides strategic leadership for all fundraising and development activities. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive fundraising program that ensures long‑term financial sustainability and advances the organization's mission.
Th oversees major gifts, planned giving, individual giving, foundation and corporate support, special events, and emerging revenue opportunities. In close partnership with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, the VP builds strong donor relationships, strengthens fundraising infrastructure, and leads a highperforming development team.
