A Vice President of Pharmacy Services opportunity is available in Las Vegas, NV, supporting pharmacy operations across a multi-facility hospital division within a large integrated health system. This is a senior executive role leading pharmaceutical services strategy, cost containment, compliance, and operational performance across multiple acute care hospital pharmacy departments.

The role. Reporting to the Division Supply Chain CEO and Division Clinical Resource Director, the VP of Pharmacy Services serves as the primary subject matter expert on pharmacy purchase patterns, regulatory preparedness, and clinical pharmacy operations across the division. This leader is responsible for developing pharmacy business process models that optimize operating results and reduce medication management costs system-wide, while maintaining quality of care standards. The role requires synthesizing data from multiple sources to produce actionable strategic recommendations and driving execution across both division and facility leadership teams. A significant portion of the work involves building and sustaining collaborative relationships with facility leaders, supply chain partners, and clinical stakeholders to advance pharmacy practice and align divisional goals with facility-level outcomes. The VP is also accountable for ensuring customer commitments are met, managing stakeholder expectations, and continuously improving pharmacy service delivery across the system.

What we're looking for.
  • B.S. in Pharmacy required
  • Doctor of Pharmacy, MBA, or M.S. preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience in an acute care setting, preferably within multi-site operations; retail pharmacy background will not be considered
  • Active pharmacist license required; must become licensed in the state of practice within 6 months of start date, or sooner if mandated by the State Board of Pharmacy — Nevada licensure required, California licensure optional
  • Executive-level leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships at the executive level

Schedule. Full-time, days, Monday through Friday administrative hours with no weekend requirements.

Compensation. $164,860 - $238,992 per year plus Relocation: Case by Case Incentive Bonus of Up To 17.5%
