The Vice President of Operations will lead daily manufacturing activities, focusing on production performance, staffing, scheduling, and crossfunctional alignment.

  • Ensure on-time delivery, efficiency, and quality across operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and 5S.
  • Oversee teams, collaborate with engineering on manufacturability, and partner with quality to maintain compliance and address issues.
  • Monitor KPIs such as yield and cycle time, resolve operational bottlenecks, and support resource planning and new process implementation.
  • Maintain a safe, organized environment and lead root cause investigations.

  • The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a strong background in electronics or EMS, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred experience includes regulated industries and ERP/MES systems.
