The Vice President of Operations ensures operational excellence and strategic alignment across all company entities. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the VP of Operations will lead operational efficiency, governance, financial management, project management, and compliance initiatives, significantly contributing to our growth, client satisfaction, and employee engagement.

  • Travel Requirements:
    • Regular travel required to firm offices outside Dallas HQ: Atlanta, Chicago, and Fort Worth.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
