About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead and drive all aspects of manufacturing and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to optimize manufacturing performance, improve supply chain processes, and boost revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to design and execute company-wide strategies, defining and analyzing key performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for automation, productivity, and cost reduction. The VP of Manufacturing will also ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry requirements, and act as a strategic advisor on major projects and capital expenditures.Applicants for the Vice President of Manufacturing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related field, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15-20 years' experience in engineering, operations, and manufacturing, including 7-10 years in senior leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and other operational excellence methodologies. Experience in the specialty vehicles space, such as commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment, and fleet vehicles, is essential. Strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a high-energy, team-oriented approach to leadership are also key attributes for this role.
