About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Manufacturing, Compliance & Integration to spearhead the strategic vision and execution of continuous improvement across its global manufacturing base. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding and integrating strategic suppliers, establishing KPIs, and driving manufacturing efficiency through process optimization. This role requires a leader with a strong background in continuous improvement, systems implementation, and a proven track record in leading multi-site and international operations. The VP will also oversee the quality and compliance team, ensuring that these critical aspects are built into the early product development and manufacturing processes.Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain, with executive-level experience in leading global strategy and initiatives. The role demands the ability to lead through influence, collaborate across executive teams, and a willingness to travel internationally as needed. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree or MBA, and the ideal candidate will possess additional competencies in critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, product development, supply chain, and HR, to drive process improvements that result in reduced costs, lead times, and enhanced financial performance.
