The Role
The Vice President of Legal is a direct report of the CEO and member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for providing strategic business-forward legal guidance in a fast-growing publicly traded medical device company. This role leads day-to-day legal operations, oversees corporate compliance, manages contract strategy and execution, and partners closely with outside counsel on complex matters, including securities governance and corporate transactions.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for an attorney who thrives in dynamic environments and is energized by building and improving legal infrastructure. The VP Legal will serve as the companys most senior in-house legal authority, empowered to make decisions, drive outcomes, and shape a modern business-aligned legal function during a pivotal stage of growth.
The VP Legal will also lead and develop the Corporate Healthcare Attorney, ensuring the legal team operates with speed, clarity, and confidence.

This position will require interfacing with multiple internal departments and client contacts. This position will require a combination of sitting and/or standing, 8 or more hours per day. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. May travel up to 10 nominal.

Salary range for U.S. locations: USD 320,000 - 350,000 per year
In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for our Corporate Bonus Plan (CBP), which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation for the companys meeting established annual objectives and prorated based on earned annual base salary.
The base salary range is applicable across the U.S. complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification, education, market conditions, and specific location.
