POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly collaborative leader to oversee Integrated Marketing, Collaborations, and Social Media. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing the brand’s 360° marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across DTC, wholesale, and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and community engagement. This includes managing high-impact brand collaborations and partnerships, as well as overseeing the strategy and content direction for social media platforms, ensuring cohesive storytelling and elevated brand presence.

Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, this role will be instrumental in driving innovation, deepening audience connection, and delivering impactful, buzz-worthy brand moments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Provide strategic leadership across Integrated Marketing, Collaborations, and Social Media, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
•  Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and commercial growth across DTC, wholesale, and global brand channels.
•  Lead the ideation and implementation of brand partnerships and collaborations, ensuring each initiative amplifies brand storytelling and delivers measurable impact.
•  Oversee the social media strategy, content development, and channel growth, ensuring consistent voice, engagement, and innovation across platforms.
•  Partner cross-functionally with internal teams—including design, merchandising, PR, and sales—to create cohesive and impactful campaigns tied to product launches, cultural moments, and brand initiatives.
•  Drive the strategic planning and execution of key brand activations, events, and digital moments that integrate social, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
•  Collaborate with the PR team to amplify campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives through press and media outreach.
•  Manage external agencies, creators, influencers, and vendors to ensure alignment on creative direction, messaging, and brand standards.
•  Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns and platforms; analyze performance and adapt strategy to continuously improve results.
•  Maintain and manage timelines, budgets, and calendars for all initiatives under marketing, collaborations, and social media.
•  Drive consistency in brand storytelling across all platforms, ensuring messaging is elevated, culturally relevant, and tied to key business priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:
•  10+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Social Media, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
•  Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day execution across teams
•  Strong experience in conceptualizing and executing cross-functional campaigns that involve collaborations, influencers, and social media strategy
•  Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team
•  Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across creative and business functions
•  Highly organized and deadline-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
•  Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable insights for marketing performance
•  Creative thinker and cultural connector with a pulse on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new opportunities
•  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus

$180,000 - $200,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NYC - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO employees.)
