What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including company-wide responsibility
- Proven success leading enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations
- Strong expertise in:
- ERP systems
- Servers running Windows Server operating systems
- Cybersecurity and data governance
- Business intelligence and analytics platforms, preferably Microsoft exchange-based
- Communication systems and computer hardware
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Budgeting, capital planning, and financial management
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Project management methodologies and large-scale program delivery.
- Some overnight travel to farming operations and facilities may be required
- Remote work not available for this position
- A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Master’s or MBA.
- Experience in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing or supply chain-intensive industries.
Benefits:
Starting Wage $210,000-$260,000 / Yearly Salary

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
