Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President/Director of Education to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all educational programs within the organization. This executive role is responsible for shaping the educational vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence and student success.
The Vice President/Director of Education will provide leadership to educational leaders, including Principals and instructional staff, while fostering a collaborative culture focused on equity, inclusion, and professional growth. This position requires managing relationships with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to advance the organization’s mission and educational goals.

Requirements
Develop and execute the comprehensive educational strategy and vision for the organization.
Provide leadership and support to school administrators, including Principals, to promote instructional excellence.
Supervise curriculum development, assessment processes, and program evaluation.
Ensure adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external partners, educational agencies, and key stakeholders.
Lead organizational initiatives focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and professional staff development.
Analyze data to guide strategic decision-making and enhance student outcomes.
Proven track record of success in senior educational leadership positions.
Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate diverse teams across multiple locations.
Extensive knowledge of educational best practices, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Strong commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and a student-centered approach to education.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
• Connecticut Certification in Intermediate Administration or Supervision (Endorsement #092)
• Connecticut Certification in Special Education (Endorsement #165) or
• Connecticut Certification in School Social Work (Endorsement #071)
