- Lead construction operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
- Oversee project managers and construction teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies for improved efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align construction goals with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to senior leadership.
- Manage resource allocation and resolve any operational challenges effectively.
