Position Summary
The Vice President of Clinical Operations oversees all clinical, operational, and programmatic functions within the Adult Services Department. This leader ensures that services meet the needs of the population we serve while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and productivity.
You will guide and mentor clinic leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will translate organizational goals into actionable plans, ensure programs meet regulatory and contractual requirements, and use data to monitor performance and improve outcomes.
