This key leadership role is focused on expanding the current portfolio of commercial accounts and driving the acquisition of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that grows local and regional key accounts in the direct commercial space, with a strong emphasis on technical, engineering, life sciences, and non-IT service categories. Day-to-day activities include leading by example, managing a healthy P&L, owning revenue and growth targets, developing effective sales plans, and working with a team to ensure the right tools and strategies are in place for lead generation and client engagement.Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 15 years in sales and business development, and at least 5 years in direct and SOW-based clients in the commercial sector. Experience in sourcing, qualifying, and filling RFI/RFPs, as well as in building sales automation systems and processes, is essential. The role requires a tech-savvy individual who is up-to-date with current technologies and recruitment trends, and who is open to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
