Vice President of Accounting + Omaha + Multi-Site

This is a cross-functional leadership opportunity where finance connects directly to operations, supply chain, and long-term strategy. You'll report directly to the CFO, serve on the Executive Team, and help shape the company's future.
What You'll Own
This role carries broad enterprise responsibility, including:
- Leading the full accounting function
- Oversight of Treasury
- Procurement and distribution center leadership
- Tax oversight in partnership with external advisors
- Internal controls and compliance, SOX experience strongly preferred
- Executive-level financial reporting and technical accounting matters
- Driving enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strengthening close timelines, data integrity, and cross-functional visibility
- Partnering closely with FP&A to connect cash flow, forecasting, and operational strategy
The Leader They're Looking For
This organization needs more than technical brilliance - they need presence, perspective, and above all, people leadership.
Must-Haves:
- CPA required
- Deep expertise in US GAAP
- Strong technical accounting research background
- Executive-level leadership over accounting (treasury and procurement oversight is a strong plus)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
Preferred:
- Big 4 foundation + industry progression
- Pre-IPO exposure
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- SOX framework experience
- Prior experience in a public company preferred
